We use careful packaging and, for larger consignments such as bulk or mature plants, palletised kerbside delivery where appropriate. Typical lead times are 3–7 working days from dispatch, with the option to request a preferred week during busier periods. Please ensure suitable access for delivery vehicles; if you have specific access notes or need to coordinate timings, add instructions at checkout or contact our team so we can help arrange a smooth drop-off.
To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall).
