At Windyridge Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If an item isn't quite right, you can return most products in their original condition within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and that you have your proof of purchase or order confirmation email.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team or visit our information desk in-store to initiate your return and receive a return authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your products to prevent damage during transit, including the completed returns form inside the box.

• 4.
  Send or Drop Off

  Return your parcel via your preferred courier to our garden centre address or bring it directly to our store for an immediate exchange or refund processing.
