Trachelospermum jasminoides

Trachelospermum jasminoides is a highly scented, evergreen twining climber with glossy green foliage and clusters of star-shaped white summer flowers. Ideal for clothing warm, sheltered walls, fences or pergolas, it thrives in fertile, well‑drained soil in full sun or light shade. This climber requires a suitable support to establish and grow. Given time, plants can reach around 8m in height with a spread of about 2.5–4m. Prune lightly after flowering to maintain shape and tie in new shoots to their supports. In colder spells, especially when young, provide protection from severe frost.

This climbing plant has been trained onto a supporting frame to create a neat, well-shaped specimen that is ready for planting. As it grows, new shoots can be guided and secured to continue developing its natural shape.
