RHYNCOSPERMUM (Trachelospermum) JASMINOIDES CLT 30 SPALLIERA IN METALLO 85 X 50 CM
Renowned for its richly fragrant summer blooms, Trachelospermum jasminoides is an elegant, evergreen climber with glossy green foliage and clusters of star-shaped white flowers that are especially valued on sheltered walls, arches and pergolas. This twining climber is best in sun or light shade with fertile, moist but well-drained soil, and in a warm, sheltered position for the heaviest flowering. This climber requires a suitable support to establish and grow. Given time, it can reach approximately 8–9m in height and about 3m in spread when trained across a structure, making a superb, long-lived screen or backdrop in courtyards and gardens.
This climbing plant has been trained onto a supporting frame to create a neat, well-shaped specimen that is ready for planting. As it grows, new shoots can be guided and secured to continue developing its natural shape.
To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
