Parthenocissus Quinquefolia

Parthenocissus quinquefolia, commonly known as Virginia creeper, is a vigorous deciduous climber valued for its bold seasonal foliage display. Its divided, mid-green leaves turn vivid red and orange in autumn, creating striking vertical colour on walls, fences and large structures. This climber is self-clinging and can attach itself to suitable walls or structures as it grows. It thrives in full sun, partial shade or full shade, and performs best in moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soil. Allow space: it can reach around 12m in height and about 8m in spread over time, making it ideal for covering expansive surfaces and providing strong architectural impact; prune as needed to manage size.

This climbing plant has been trained onto a supporting frame to create a neat, well-shaped specimen that is ready for planting. As it grows, new shoots can be guided and secured to continue developing its natural shape.
