LONICERA PERICLYMENUM BELGICA

Lonicera periclymenum 'Belgica' is a vigorous, deciduous twining honeysuckle prized for its richly scented early-summer display. Clusters of tubular flowers open red-flushed white and age to yellow, followed by red berries. Grow in sun or partial shade in fertile, moisture-retentive but well-drained soil. This climber requires a suitable support to establish and grow. Ideal for training over arches, walls or pergolas in cottage-style plantings, and valued by pollinators. Expect it to reach around 6m in height and about 1.5m in spread when mature with regular support and pruning.

This climbing plant has been trained onto a supporting frame to create a neat, well-shaped specimen that is ready for planting. As it grows, new shoots can be guided and secured to continue developing its natural shape.
